This is a weekend intensive course introducing glass blowing and hot sculpting. The class starts at 9:00 AM and runs until 6:00 PM for both Saturday and Sunday, lunch is provided.
The two-day course cost $500 per/individual.
1. The class is limited to four (4) individuals. Your placement in the class is secured by a deposit of $250 that is to be received before the start of the class.
2. You need to wear natural fiber clothing (no synthetic fibers) including: long sleeve shirts, pants, close-toed shoes, and prescription glasses (if needed). For those individuals who do not wear glasses, I suggest bringing a pair of lightly tinted comfortable sun-glasses.
3. You will also need a water bottle.
4. If you have any health conditions or medications that will be compromised by working in the hotshop (around major heat and physical exertion) we need to know ahead of time. If you do not inform us of these conditions and we find there to be a health risk at the beginning or during the course you will be asked to stop the program and will not receive a refund. There is a waiver everyone will have to sign before the session begins.
